What we keep

Your sign-in (email or username, and a scrambled password if you chose one), the files and board you make here, your deadlines, and any pay records the producers enter for you.

Your history

We keep a history of pay, deadlines and handoffs on each person's account. It stays even after an entry is removed.

Who can see it

Your board, your files, your deadlines, your pay and your history are visible to you and the producers. Your crew card (name, roles, photo) is public. Community is visible to the crew. Applications go only to the producers.

Email updates and applications

If you sign up for email updates we keep your address on a list the producers can see. Ask a producer and we'll take it off. Applications keep your name, email, portfolio link and message.

Merch

Merch links open our Printful shop, which has its own privacy terms.

What is encrypted

Pay amounts, notes on pay and deadlines, and the history are stored encrypted. Names, dates, deadline titles, statuses, entry types, boards, uploads and files aren't encrypted by us. Producers and the studio can read all of it. This isn't end-to-end encryption, because the studio holds the key. Backups made before we added this can still hold older plain copies until they expire.

Google sign-in

If you continue with Google we receive your email address to confirm who you are. We don't get your password or anything else in your Google account.

Where it lives

The site is hosted by GitHub. Accounts and files are stored with Cloudflare. We don't sell your information or run ads on this site.

Leaving

Ask a producer and we'll remove your account and files. Your history stays after that. To ask about removing anything else, talk to a producer.
